Hold oil in your mouth up to 20 minutes. When your nose starts running, it is time to spit it out! You can oil pull as many times per day as you would like. If the flavor is not tolerable, dilute it!

We do not have tracking ability beyond what is provided by USPS!

If your order is marked as delivered and has not yet arrived, please allow a few days as most often the parcel will show up within a few days!

For international orders; USPS transfers to your national public mail system. (Royal Mail, AusPost, etc). Please look up your tracking on their website/ contact your local postman for delivery/ pickup info :)

Strengthened what I had left

My molar was decaying. I had 3 months till I was able to address it for a multitude of reasons. So I used the tooth puddy every night before bed until I got to my Dentist. My Dentist was amazed that I not only was able to preserve what was left of my tooth, but that I had strengthened the part that was left to be able to withstand the stress of receiving a Crown as well as, my tooth never got infected, got an abscess or otherwise. It's working faster than expected.
