Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, though during high-volume periods it may take up to a week.
Orders are typically shipped same or next business day, but occasional delays can happen when we experience a surge in orders. If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact our customer support team at support@blissenergetics.com with any questions.
Tracking Information
All orders receive a tracking number once they are fulfilled. If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please note that we do not have tracking visibility beyond what is provided by USPS.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry—this can happen. In most cases, the package arrives within a few days.
International Orders
For international shipments, USPS transfers your package to your country’s local postal service (such as Royal Mail, AusPost, etc.). For the most accurate updates, please check tracking directly through your local carrier or contact your local post office.
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties required by their country. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover or predict these costs, as they vary by location.
