"So I read about the different types of toothpaste and puddy to help remineralize my teeth and decided to go with the tallow or primal set. The instructions don’t include the very important information that you need to spit into the trash. We don’t have a normal trash situation here (long story) so I can’t just spit into it, but I think that would’ve been a very helpful piece of information that would’ve help me decide if this product was right for me. I am thankful the directions on the product say to spit into trash bc I wasn’t even thinking about how that would affect my septic, but still Would be helpful to have it on the site. It’s too soon to say if it’s helped or not so far, I’m about a week in. Leaving the puddy in my mouth overnight is definitely strange and something to get used to, and then having to remove it in the morning, but I’m hopeful!"
