I've been using Primal Puddy both on its own and mixed with Tooth Puddy. One of the things I appreciate most is that Primal Puddy adheres very well to the teeth by itself and stays in place throughout the night, making it much easier to use than Tooth Puddy alone. After using it overnight, our teeth feel incredibly smooth. Even my child commented that their teeth felt "sharper," which I believe is simply because the tooth surfaces have become so smooth. My children's teeth look noticeably brighter overall. As for my own teeth, I've especially noticed that staining on the chewing surfaces has become lighter. The dark discoloration from arrested cavities and the worn areas near my gumline haven't changed visibly yet, but the overall appearance of my teeth has definitely improved. My children have mild enamel hypoplasia on their molars, and I have tooth wear from grinding my teeth, so I'm happy to continue using this product and look forward to seeing the long-term results. The only minor downside I've noticed is that Primal Puddy can be difficult to remove completely in the morning. It tends to cling to my toothbrush, leaving the bristles stiff and oily. Fortunately, I've found that washing the toothbrush with a genuine non-toxic bar soap removes the residue easily.

we have been fans of primal puddy for over a year now. my daughter has reversed a cavity and even her dentist was impressed. But this new formula is even better. it sticks SO much better to the teeth. I don't find it has a bad taste at all, I think it's def superior to the old formula.
