How Does I Use This?
Add your desired amount to a glass and pour hot or boiling water over it. Let it cool to a comfortable temperature before drinking. You don’t need to consume the powder left at the bottom to receive the full benefits. If you like, you can pour more hot water over the remaining powder to make another cup of tea. Typical daily amounts range from 1/4 teaspoon to 2 teaspoons, depending on individual needs.
