Some light pulsating is normal and often subsides after the first few uses

TIP - Melt the Puddy between your fingers until it reaches a glue-like consistency. Dry the tooth before applying the Puddy to improve adherence. Rub the Puddy back and forth on the affected area, creating traction which will help it stick. Leave the Puddy on as long as you like, but we recommend leaving in on overnight and remove when brushing teeth.

If you experience pain, discontinue use and request a refund. Ultimately, this product should reduce tooth sensitivity.

"I have been using this for several years. Although I dont notice any tooth regrowth or fixing of cavities, I can say that it has helped me keep a broken tooth un-infected for 2 years. I fill the hole with the puddy and leave it on overnight. then in the morning i melt it down by swishing with warm water and pull it out with a floss pick before brushing. Would recommend."

I've been using Tooth Puddy

"I've been using Tooth Puddy together with Primal Puddy because I found that Tooth Puddy alone was difficult to get to adhere to my and my kids’ teeth and stay in place. Mixing the two creates a consistency that works for us. Our teeth feel exceptionally smooth and clean, and even my child noticed that their teeth felt "sharper," which I believe is simply due to how polished the tooth surfaces feel. My children's teeth look noticeably brighter overall. On my own teeth, I've noticed that staining on the chewing surfaces has faded with regular use. I haven't yet seen any visible changes in the dark discoloration from arrested cavities or in the worn areas near my gumline, but the overall appearance of my teeth has clearly improved. My children have mild enamel hypoplasia on their molars, and I have enamel wear from teeth grinding, so products that help support and protect our teeth are especially important to our family.
