Tooth Puddy (Original + Primal)

• Take a small amount and roll it into a ball, then press onto a clean, dry tooth.
  
• Use as often as you like. Many people prefer applying at night and leaving it on overnight.
  
• A little goes a long way. If needed, warm the putty between your fingers to soften before applying.
  
• It may not stay perfectly in place—this is normal.
  
• Some light pulsing can happen at first and usually subsides with continued use.
• Can be used under a mouthguard or retainer.

Toothpaste (All Flavors)

• Use a pea-sized amount. Brush gently until teeth feel smooth and clean.
• Use twice daily.
• Because it’s oil-based, texture may vary slightly with temperature. This is normal.
• Use within 3 months of opening.

Tooth Serum

• Apply a small amount to the teeth and gums or add to your toothbrush and brush all over.
• No need to rinse.
• A little goes a long way.

Gum Massage Oil

• Apply a small amount to your fingers and massage gently into your gums.
• A little goes a long way.
• Because it’s made with coconut oil, it may arrive partially solid. It will soften at room temperature.

Whitening Tooth Scrub

• Use a small amount and brush gently until teeth feel smooth and clean.
• Use 1–3 times per week as needed.
• Use within 3 months of opening.

Tooth Powder

• Dip a wet toothbrush into the powder and brush gently until teeth feel smooth and clean.
• Can be used on its own or combined with your regular toothpaste.
• A little goes a long way.

Gum Support Oil Pulling Oil

• Swish a small amount in your mouth for up to 20 minutes, then spit out.
• Use as often as you like.

Herbal Blends

• Take 1/4–1 tsp, 1–3 times per day.
  
• Add to hot water, stir, and drink when it has cooled to a comfortable temperature.
  
• Spiced Milk Blend can also be mixed with warm milk.
  
• You do not need to drink the powder at the bottom.
• Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
