Tooth Puddy:

  1. Take a small piece of putty and roll it into a ball.
  2. Firmly press and smear it onto a clean, dry tooth
  3. Focus on the sensation, imagining mineral obsoption and healing!
  4. Sensitivity may occur after first use

Tooth Paste:

  1. Scoop a pea sized amount onto your toothbrush
  2. Gently and thoroughly brush teeth until they feel smooth and clean
  3. Repeat twice daily
  4. Use within 3 months of opening

Bone Renewal:

  1. Take 1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp 1-3 times per day.
