- Lovingly smear on clean, dry teeth. Dry the teeth before applying the puddy to improve adherence.
- Apply as often as you like, but recommend night application

Leave the puddyy on as long as you like, but we recommend leaving in on overnight and remove when brushing teeth.
- If the puddy falls off or doesn't stay exactly where you placed it, that's perfectly okay! The minerals are still being introduced into your saliva, which helps distribute them throughout the mouth and support the remineralization process.
