Remineralizing Meal Ideas

Many people struggle with remineralizing food options for their kids!

With a little effort and intention, we can make all of those foods deeply mineralizing and nourishing.It is not about cutting out -

it is about upgrading how it is made.

Here's how to sneak in veggies, organ meats, bone broth, and real minerals into foods they will actually EAT...

These swaps help build strong teeth and bones without the struggle! And when we cook foods kids feel safe with, it actually allows the food to be more absorbed and welcomed by them!

Burgers

  • Use grass-fed beef or bison with organ
  • Mix raw cheese or aged goat cheese
  • Serve on Sourdough buns or lettuce wraps
  • Add a swipe of sauerkraut or fermented ketchup for bonus minerals 

Pasta

  • Try sourdough pasta or noodles made from einkorn, lentils, sourdough wheat, or cassava
  • Simmer sauce with bone broth instead of water
  • Blend in zucchini, spinach, carrots, or sweet potato
  • Add collagen powder, bone marrow, organ meat powder, or egg yolk to the sauce for extra minerals
  • Sprinkle with cheese

Chicken Nuggets

  • Use pasture-raised chicken (can include some organ meet too)
  • Bread with cassava flour + ground sesame seeds. Or organtic fresh sourdough!
  • Fry in Tallow or coconut oil
  • Dip in a sauce made from yogurt or bone broth aioli
  • Optional: Blend in a spoon of bone marrow into the meat mix

 

Pizza

  • Use sourdough or cassava crust 
  • Sauce with blended carrots, spinach, and marrow
  • Add anchovy paste or organ meat into the sauce (undetectable!)
  • Use raw milk mozzarella or aged cheese
  • Finish with dried herbs like oregano, basil, and kelp flakes

Mac N Cheese

  • Use sourdough or ancient grain pasta
  • Cook noodles in bone broth
  • Cheese sauce: Raw cheese, ghee, colostrum, bone broth, marrow
  • Stir in egg yolks or a scoop of desiccated organ powder or some pearl powder

Oatmeal

  • So easy to sneak nourishing things into oatmeal!
  • Cooked in bone broth or with some raw milk
  • Add in things like sesame seeds, collagen, egg yolks, dates, colostrum, or or peal powder
