Our blends are made to be mixed and matched!

For all the blends at Bliss, we recommend you to take this intuitively. The amount you need to heal will be totally unique to YOU! It is not a matter of whether or not herbs work, it is a matter of proper dosage and also of taking the proper herb. The amount you need to heal may be HALF or DOUBLE what someone else might need. Trust yourself. If you feel you need more, take more. This is how you will heal. Herbs are VERY often chronically under-dosed. We make our blends VERY energetically-balanced to ensure that you will be safe to play around with dosages.. But ALWAYS pay attention to your body, if something is or isn't making you feel good- PAY ATTENTION TO THAT.

GOOD AND GROUNDED - Grounding, soothing, nourishing, and deeply relaxing. It helps to impart a sense of stability and security. It soothes the mind and replenishes the mineral stores. Many of the herbs used are similar to the bone renewal blend, but with additional herbs that emphasize the support of the mind.

Anxiety and mineral depletion go hand in hand! If you feel anxious and spiral when you check out your teeth or your child’s teeth, take that as a sure sign that your mineral stores need some nourishment!

BONE RENEWAL - We blended Chinese and Ayurvedic bone-mending herbs with classic mineral tonics to try to treat the root imbalance behind tooth (bone) decay. We blend them with herbs to help remove toxic heat (which also addresses gum issues) and also use herbs to moisturize and increase absorption. Overall, this is a very nourishing formula that supports bones, kidney, and vitality while also removing toxic heat and aiding in absorption of minerals. The quality of the blend leans towards warming. 

LUSCIOUS HAIR - We use a proprietary blend of herbs that addressed hair-loss from many different levels. By reducing stress, reducing heat in the head, and supplying an abundance of necessary vitamins, minerals, and trace minerals, we support thick, luscious hair from every possibly angle.

The intention was to craft a balanced formula that supports healthy hair through a proprietary blend that targets hair-loss, greying, and also depletion that can result in hair-loss. We utilize herbs that support healthy blood supply and healthy kidneys, which in TCM are both connected to the hair!  

SUPREME HYDRATION - This blend is so important to me as hydration is crucial for all bodily functions!
This blend is designed to:

Hydration is a crucial component in healing the bones and teeth. You can flood the body with appropriate minerals, but if they are not absorbed by the body, your body will not be able to put that raw material to use. A moist, jelly layer is present on the entirety of the digestive tract when we are healthy. This includes the mouth. It is known even in mainstream medicine that dry mouth alone can and will cause decay. Saliva is like your body’s natural mineral serum that constantly covers your teeth in nourishment. Your mouth is also the beginning of your digestive tract and a dry mouth can definitely signify dryness further down.

LUNG TONIC - This blend was designed this blend to be strengthening to the lungs first and foremost. There are the secondary actions of helping to clear mucous, moisturizing the lungs, and opening and clearing the lungs. Because the primary action of this blend is to strengthen the lungs, it is safe to take preventatively or just for healing of long-term lung issues. It is also great to take if you have an acute issue like bronchitis or asthma. 

Many of these herbs double as immune tonics, so the blend will be nourishing and supportive to the body as a whole and the immune system, but of course it has a special focus on the lungs. If you have mucous that is stuck in your lungs you may notice that your body starts to release it, this is normal and healthy and shows that your lungs are healing!*

STRESS RELIEF - Our stress relief blend works to remove heat from the head! Did you know that the term hot-headed was not just a metaphor? When we are overthinking (or angry) it can cause an excessive amount of heat in the head. This can make it very hard to think clearly. Have you ever gotten really worked up and you kinda just spiral.. and then finally, eventually, you come back down to reality and you are just like.. dang what was I even going on about?! That is what I’m talking about here.

We also use lots of shen tonics, which are herbs that allow us to feel a sense of trust in life.. even when difficulties arise, we can see the divine purpose in them instead of feeling like our lives are crumbling! And on top of that, we use clarifying herbs that promote a clear and sattvic state of mind!
