"I use this puffy on both my 5 year old and 1 year old for different reasons. I find it is easiest to put on using a dry washcloth and then scrape it on the teeth. My 1 year old gets it on her front teeth to protect them at night ( she seems to be a bit of a mouth breather and nurses at night). Even though my 5 year old as never had a cavity, I noticed on of her teeth had a yellow tinge to it (or so I thought) and started treating that tooth at night with the puddy and it went away! I love having this puddy in my cabinet just in case I notice anything between dental visits. The jar lasts a long time too."

"I have purchased this after stumbling upon Bliss Energetics via an ad on social media. I was really surprised and elated to see so many amazing results and decided to try this for my kid who was told that she needs a deep cavity filling in 2 of her teeth. She had chipped 2 of her teeth 6 months apart due to cavities. We incorporated a few protocols ( cell salts, Vit D, ozone wishes and tooth putty). Although we caved in to doing the deeper procedure on one of the teeth, by the time the dentist came to fill the older chipped cavity tooth there was no procedure needed!
